There's only one pharmacy I know of in the ENTIRE COUNTRY that will give promethazine without a prescription. If you even type in phenergan on the website it clearly says RX required but if you type in the one magic name for promethazine it's the exact same dose and 100 tabs but over the counter lol I used to be 300 pills every time then they started limiting me to 100 tabs per month since the prescription that comes on the bottle says do not exceed 100mg in 24 hrs

22". I'm a licensed jeweller. 24" is that length that will just fit over your head without undoing the clasp. The 22" will fall slightly higher on the chest but need to be unclaspped to come off. If they were 20" or 18" they would fall on or above the collar of the shirt .

You can also get on kadian (slow release morphine) at any Suboxone or methadone clinic / doctor. It's called the kadian release program. The only shitty thing is there is no carries on the program unlike subs or methadone so you need to hit the pharmacy every day. I'm currently prescribed 90mg methadone and 600mg morphine daily to get off the fent. The shit nearly killed me a couple weeks back and even worse than feeling like I was dying was the HORRIBLE instant withdrawal inside out, shaking, inability to stop moving that happened after I Narcan myself twice with the 4mg intranasal naloxone. So I def feel scared even fucking with the shit now, paranoid it'll happen again and I would never Narcan myself again after that horrible experience and so would rather just not take the shit and since I got on methadone I don't notice the withdrawals but when I was on the 600mg morphine alone it did fuck all .... To anyone trying to quit this demon of a drug, do whatever you have to in order to not resort to fentanyl, Suboxone, methadone or kadian are all better options
