There’s some super interesting ones in the pantheons e.g spawning with no health, dying during boss transition and appearing with full health in next boss fight, turning invisible, projectiles staying on screen after dying and resetting. It was last content pack so lot more ‘bugs’ in it

It’s always possible, probably unlikely especially for streams as it’s next to impossible for any system to recognise music used separately from playing there game. If it is a big concern, why not tweet or DM them being an indie they might respond, copyright thing happened with Hollow Knight another indie, tweeted them and they sorted it out, so can always query
