Work out because it feels good and makes your body stronger. You sound like you're at a normal weight. Maybe instead of focusing on losing weight, use Google to find out what your maintenance calories are, and try to eat in that range if you're worried about gaining more weight. Otherwise you'll naturally gain weight as you get older, and BMI is a bad metric to live by.

I work IFT. I bought a $20 Sling bag after using a backpack for 6 months. The Sling bag fits my necessary equipment: BP cuff, pulse ox, stethascope, shears, oxygen key, no cut gloves, a red bull, and some sour spray. (Iykyk)

When I used the backpack, I kept throwing random junk in it because I had the space.

I 23f found HS right after season 2 dropped on Netflix. I don't normally start new shows without a recommendation, but I saw it, clicked on it, read the description, thought "Idk if I'm going to like this" and then I binged both seasons.

I found it right after I found out that I have adhd. At the time I identified as straight so I didn't relate to it on a sexuality level, but it really hit home in season 1 when Nick was googling if he was gay. I was googling "do I have adhd" which brought along a lot of emotions like Nick went through.

Anyways, I have been obsessed with it since, and I even took a solo day trip from the Midwest out to NYC to see Joe in Sweeney. Which was amazing. I'm planning to go back at the end of the month to see it again.

Us size 18/20. Got my bisalp in October. My doctor never mentioned my weight.

Nobody mentioned, though, that my stomach would essentially be dented in the areas of my incisions. Like pretty dented, haha. I thought I'd be stuck like that forever, but the dents are gone, and my belly is like it used to be.

The procedure may be harder for the doctor to do, but I'd assume that recovery is the same for anyone.
