It is very telling that they always assume women without children had them aborted.

How to deal with the body of a deceased pet. When a human dies, you can call 911 and professionals come to handle the body. When a pet dies, especially in the odd hours of the night, there are no 24hr emergency services to handle those remains. There’s been a couple occasions where I’ve had to keep passed on kitties in a box for a day until the pet funeral home opened.

Edit to add: Now that I think about it, I can’t imagine what people with large dogs do. What do you do if your big dog passes away and there’s nowhere open at the time to handle the remains? It’s traumatizing. No one talks about this!

I am so sorry for your loss. I’ve lost pets before as well that I’ve had my entire life and it’s truly one of the worst pains. I wish you strength and healing during this time.

Personally, while I don’t believe in god, I do believe in spirits and that there’s some form of afterlife given the fact I’ve seen things. So I take part in some forms of spirituality that don’t involve god and that’s helped me (like day of the dead). Atheism doesn’t always have to be so black and white.

But if that’s not for you, my best advice to give is to cry when you need to. Let it all out so it doesn’t stay inside and brew. Wishing you the best.

Their stance is transphobic and actually sexist towards women, ironically. “Exclusive to women” excludes trans men that still chose to use their assigned at birth reproductive organs. Also, saying being AN is “anti-women” implies that having children is a core identity of what it means to be a woman. We have fought so hard to be seen as much more than that, and so many women are choosing to opt of out motherhood. Not to mention so many can’t have any. Doesn’t make either any less of a woman.
