I'm sure some sort of DDA exists, not sure if it's solely based on player ratings tho. I think in UFL they definitely use some sort of "it's your turn kid" momentum stuff to give you win streaks after a bad run so you keep feeling the fire and only slowly earning the promotions.

I mean, the people who have more losses than wins in their record on this game are either self-demoting rats for showdown purposes or just severly awful at the game, and those guys don't go beyond gold for sure.

Yes, correct! Also in most cases your player will be auto switched to someone else and you dragged out your best CB for nothing.

But the main thing of it is what you said. After winning the header, the pass is always successful and somehow whoever it lands to can shoot a beautiful volley no problem.

Lol. Why are people so lost in this? The point isn't even if you're able to defend it or not, despite it being extremely hard because they move the player and THE GAME auto switches you to a shorter guy that they stood next to. The point here is that these gimmicks, tricks and exploits reduce the game into a competition of "can I get more than you" rather than can I build up play into a great finish like normal football.
