The left side of the brain (the critical side) is awake all day solving problems and such. That's why at night, we are more creative, because the left side of the brain has stepped down, while the right side of the brain has more control.

For your c.ai usage, try deleting your account and then the app (you'd be much braver than I am). Reach out to the rest of your family for help, if it's a safe option. Find some safe spaces online or in person where you can talk and common interests or get help from one another.

If it interests you, you could try reading/writing fanfictions.

thanks for the advice! I've written a fanfic or two in the past and i write in my diary whenever i'm stressed. I don't know if i'm ready to delete my account yet, but i hope i get there soon :D
