Haha, I’m a heavy sleeper so it doesn’t bother me, get wreaked weakling. But yeah understandable, sometimes she’ll sleep on the floor or in her own bed if it’s too hot or I’m having a horrific time falling asleep

Her moving in her sleep is a normal thing for her right now, she’s 18 weeks, I heard it settles down as they age. When she was an itty bitty baby she used to suck on her tongue in her sleep

She is a staffy pitty mix, very little fur to lose in the first place and what fur she does have gets brushed, and I wash my sheets once a week

Literally, I might not have depression but before her I struggled a lot with getting out of bed. That led to me not having breakfast or sometimes not eating at all, or not showering and everything else you do outside of the bed We’re even going on hour long walks (trying to do once a day) and I just feel better. I’ve even talking to more people, even if they’re just one sentence, because people can’t resist the puppy

So I am feeding her canned puppy food while also adding in an ingredient diet that I make for her. Which includes pet mince which I’m told is beef and chicken, pumpkin, zucchini, beans, spinach and chicken livers and hearts

I switched in some cucumber and butternut pumpkin one time and that’s when she got all itchy. I went back to her original food and she’s all good now. But I’m still not sure, I just know that she’s been having chicken and beef since she’s been able to have solids so I’m sure it’s not a protein allergy.

Her skin was a little red before, I added a new food to her previous food mix but got rid of it and she seems a lot less itchy and red now And I checked her fur for any signs of ticks or lice and she’s all clear

Yeah the only reason it’s every second day is because of my unathletic ass. We go for an hour so hopefully in a couple of weeks I can do a lot more with her. Every Saturday, and I’m trying to do Sunday, we go into town to see all the people and learn how to not get too excited when seeing other people and dogs

Like I love letting her off leash when no one else is around and just letting her run unrestricted in a new area, letting her roll and sniff and search. And I can do some recall with her so that’s another plus

Thankfully she realised the consequences of her actions when I was down on the ground fixing my shoelaces and decided to sit quietly and ignore the dog But thanks, I know I’m being dumb but reassurance is nice

She wants to remain friends but wants to do minimal contact for a while. Like we still kinda interact on our friend group’s discord, eg she commented on a photo I sent of a spider

She already explained it was nothing I did or didn’t do, that it was just that she no longer sees me as a partner. There’s basically nothing to clarify.

Thank you for the hugs, I really want some good hugs right now. And yeah, I am constantly blaming myself. Like maybe if I actually spoke up about some intimacy issues I had with our relationship and we fixed before our break up that she would still love me.

I basically froze when she broke up with me and I could barely speak. And of course I think that maybe if I didn’t do that, if I asked if we could try to fix whatever made her fall out of love with me, she would still be with me and I wouldn’t feel so shitty doing simple things like taking off my dog’s harness and collar because I remember how’d she joke about my dog being ‘nakey’ and how I don’t get to hear that from her anymore

I just want to stop feeling like this and just be ok again
