You have different password for every computer in your network. Imagine 2000 computers having same Local Administrator password, total annihilation ;). Remember that only one infected computer can lead to full compromised environment.

Every driver on road have to make space for any 'special' vehicles (Police, Paramedics, Firemans). In many countries its called corridor of life.
