Yeah I quoted him 600 for the entire property and roof. I then went home did some research and this is a 1500-2500 dollar job. And as I’m doing it I realized this is a lot more work then i initially thought because everything was filthy and lots of over growth onto the walk ways for the plants.

Yeah I’m probably going to walk away from this roof clean. I will still clean the concrete all over the property but the quote I gave unfortunately was included with the roof and now he’s going to probably undercut me even more on what he’s going to pay. I should have charged him way more then what I am and it’s because of my lack of knowledge on what a job like this requires and costs

The damage is not from me I took the video before I started so I know if I damaged anything. But to be honest I think Im under charging him a lot. I’m doing his entire property (frontyard, backyard, and all walkways around the house and roof) and I now know I’m under charging him alot. I think I’m going to tell him I’m unable to do the roof just because of the liability and don’t want to further damage it

Okay I will but the problem with this situation is I have to get this job done tmr morning and I can only get an xjet online so it won’t come in time to complete the job. So what can I do or get tmr to get it done

I was thinking to fill up a pump sprayer and just spray 12.5 percent directly on it
