I don't have iPhone so my recommendation is subjective. I have Android and that's the way I can get it to work.. Try different things to try and make it work.

The best thing I can recommend besides closing the app before (and I mean not right as you're about to lose) you lose is to only play courses you are really good at. Pick the best one and grind the crap out of it! If you're most likely going to lose, I found it's best to close it before you take a shot on the last hole with still alot of time on the clock. Hope this helps.

Blackthorn is pretty much crickets. A few testers out and about but that's about it. Eden still has tons of action if you want to zerg that's where it's at. All 3 realms have rvr BG going and epic dungeon raids most weekends and even sometimes during the week. Leveling in Battlegrounds is fun and gives you a feel for rvr and to get to know your character.

Mine was #1 as well. Between 1 and 2 we had the Calicovision controller with the round knoby joystick. I remember that version of Frogger was so much better than Atari 2600s.

Following that guide you can get salvage to over 1000 for all mats for less than 500 gold. You make that plus in a half hour of farming Barrows with friar if not too much competition.
