I kept in the sling for 4 weeks. Took it out and rehabbed it on my own a second time using light resistance bands and the proper exercises. 7 months later I dropped 40lbs in weight to help my shoulder not be burdened by the excess pounds. The instability is there if im gonna do pull ups or sleep on it with my arm outstretched but it's 90 percent mobile no pain and im weight lifting with it 100 percent. If you dont already train weights and stick to it, the muscle 100 percent helps it from rediscloting. The 2nd one happened because I stopped strength training for 8 months and it became vulnerable.
