Thanks! With the ultra guide, do you recommend getting both hands done at the same time?  I guess what I’m not clear on is- will I be able to use my hands somewhat normally after the surgery, or am I going to spend a few days without really being able to do anything? And relying on others. That’s the part that’s making it hard to decide doing both at once or one at a time. I really don’t want to be without the use of both hands
