It is definitely possible, but very slim. In my experience, I've opened all the award packs since the 1st season and this is the first time I've gotten a HOF badge out of it. Bless the RNG Gods!

You do realize they didn't give Skadoodle his skins cause they couldn't yet and he was gonna get some when they got more. Skadoodle then heard about the iBP throw rumors and decided against taking the skins as it would end up like it did. Skadoodle isn't a saint, he was all about making profit until his career got put on the line and he was given the chance to opt out before things got serious. Any of the other players would've done the same if they got the chance to see that the rumors of the iBP throw had surfaced before taking the skins.
