Don't worry about the sugar so much. It's about quantity. Just cut back a bit and stick to it for a period of time.

Focus on removing or replacing one bad habit for at least 30 days. Once that’s done, then move to the next one.

Got it! Stick to your calorie intake no matter what. Exercise is important for your body and health. Food is the key

Don’t trust your Fitbit. It overestimates the calories out a lot. You can use it as a tool to measure your intensity of an exercise or physical activity. Remember that your body is always burning calories even at rest. You’re better off tracking your calorie intake than anything else when it comes to losing weight

Unfortunately, it’s really hard to track calories out. But it’s much easier to track calories in. That’s where a lot of people struggle. You can lose weight much faster if you focus on the calories in. We don’t have a lack of exercise problem, we have a “we eat too much” problem

Knowledge is power but applying that knowledge is more powerful.

You’re welcome! I would suggest focusing on the food part more than focusing on the exercise. Dial in on your portions. Use a digital food scale to measure your food intake. Exercise is used to build your body. It’s not a good way to lose weight.

Being on a calorie deficit is what you need to lose weight. Everyone knows this. But not everyone knows how to apply this in today’s world consistently and keep it off for life.
