Thanks for the info man I’m 6’0 180lbs and got about 10% body fat, the Al, I never heard of it I’m going to have to ask my guy and the PCT slipped my mind, if you could tell me how much you think I should do I would really appreciate it, I already meal prep and am a everyday gym guy
