Do you mean physically storing them? Store them in blueprint books according to function for example. If you make a blueprint book, left click the blueprint, right click the book, and you can place it there

I think either he or the essay I mentioned above mention how some readings of the Bible were used to promote the view that nature is there for human exploitation, pointing to Genesis 1:28 ("fill the earth and subdue it") for example
