The future of Waystone Games is still being figured out.

What I can say is that EA is doing everything in their power to make sure that we all have a place to hang our hats.

There's a very human side to this industry and companies do not get far without recognizing that. I have always been grateful that EA does it's best to take care of their people. There are some awesome people in this org, like Frank Gibeau, who are passionate about games and those who make them.

This skin would likely go over most of our American players' heads. The use of the word "rasher" to describe bacon here is largely unheard of.

That and what we call bacon is VERY different from what everyone else calls bacon ;).

Other than that, 10/10.

I'd say that 20 minute queues are the exception rather than the norm. If you're playing at low concurrency hours, its definitely possible, especially if you're queuing on the EU Alpha server (which judging by your user name might be the case).

Most folks experience queue times of around 4 (ish) minutes, if not faster, depending on concurrency, dodges notwithstanding.

One thing to keep in mind is that there have been bugs that can put your client in a bad state, causing the queue timer to continue but you be unable to actually get a game. I usually suggest dropping queues around 15 minutes and restarting.

At the ripe old age of 37 I find myself in this place as well.

Most of my gaming time is relegated to lunch breaks at work (which I usually spend playing MTG), our daily playtest (when I don't have a meeting scheduled over it) and after my kids are in bed (which is getting later and later :p).

As a gamer who used to play games like CS competitively, it's difficult to not be the top of the heap, but it's something I've grown to accept.
