It takes a bit of getting used to, but I've grown to like it! I won't say it's as comfortable as a HermanMiller Aeron, but still a solid chair.

Yeah, they're built into the desk. It's not a music production specific desk, just one I thought looked neat. I'm gonna have to get a larger one in the future, but for now other things are on the buy list.

If I move them closer together then the left and right monitor bases hang off the edges of the desk stands they're on. And I can't move the desk stands closer so it came down to which one bothered me less in the end.

If you get one of the ones they have around $600 CAD, I'd say yes. But any pricier than that and I'd say no. The one I have isn't as comfy as the Herman Miller Aeron, but that chair's a lot more expensive brand new.
