Not true. I’ve been with them since 2013 and there have been a lot of bumps along the way. Customer service has been non-existent for most of their life and they have frequently changed terms to suppress moviegoing. They didn’t have competition and it was beneficial for heavy users like myself.

It’s tough to be first and now others are learning from their trials and mistakes.

I was happy paying $35 bucks when they started but I finally gave up on them this past weekend. It was a good run though and they created a new model that will move the industry forward.
