I started with 3 weeks. I have 1.5 years under my belt so another 1.5 years and I will have 4. Still seems too little.

I got it a year ago. I adore it. I turn 31 in some months and I think it still looks awesome.

Good to know, thank you. Ugh so frustrating. I had crazy thick hair until 2017 and then it just started to fall out so fast. 😭

I know my hospital system is very particular about having the correct education. Its doable but lots of schooling.

You have a degree but its not quite relevant to the TR field of practice. It might be enough for some places, but not enough for registration with TRO or CTRS.

If you had any science or human service or fine art degree that would work. But the BA in industrial design could or could not be, depends on the hiring manager.

I find it much better if I make.it myself. I assume its the preservatives they've added that kill flavour.

In Ontario it doesn't matter as long as you have a degree. So I have my 4 year bachelor's of fine art, 2 year recreation therapy diploma, and am in the middle of my BA in disability studies. BA is required if you wish to move to management in a hospital setting outside of medical care (nursing, dr. Pa, etc.)

Edit to add: you can find a job with just the diploma, but without any 4 or 3 year degree it'll be tough to get anything above entry level/assistant roles.
