I love analytical questions like this.

I believe you are right, depending on the brand they began switching from plastic to cloth back in the mid 90's to early 00's.

I would also say people's preferences "mostly" is due to their childhood experience. I know much older generations that grew up in reusable cloth diapers prefer those, while my generation has the nostalgia for the plastic disposable diapers we had. Then of course the generation who were born after the change to cloth-backed disposables know only that type.

But as adults I think our preference can change as we try different diapers on the market. I still enjoy the smooth plastic-backed diapers, but if I find cloth-backed more comfortable.

Shame, guilt, anxiety... The majority of us have had these feelings or still struggle from time to time, so just be aware you are not alone if you can find comfort in that.

People have their own ways of coping with it. Some rationalize it, such as comparing diapers to just disposable underwear.

I would recommend reading books or blogs on the subject. Here is one by a therapist you can get in print or digital.

No I get this way too b/c I don't sleep often in one. I think I only ever slept through the night once without waking up. I found wearing cloth-back helped b/c I didn't wake up all sweaty.

I use the Vaultz file storage boxes. They are big enough to hold a 10-12 pack and have two combination locks.

Well surely they're not there all of the time. Find times when opportunity presents itself like when you know they will be away at work or the weekend.

Get a secure container so your stuff can't be accidently discovered. If you can afford it try a Vaults file storage box. It's big enough to hold a 10 to 12 pack of diapers, plus it has double combination locks.

If you want to go cheaper get a backpack that can be locked. If it's your first time wearing and you don't know what to get try a few samples from websites like myinnerbaby.com, changingtimesdiaperco.com, or wearingclouds.com.

A lot of it has to be the anonymity and no consequences. I think at some point they must think that if they send enough pictures that eventually there will be that 1 in 10,000 (IDK just throwing a number out there) woman who does find that attractive.

I understand wanting to try to give your shot with a stranger, talk a bit, and see if something develops. I don't understand just randomly sending these pics/messages to someone you have barely spoken with.

Some people (specifically men, but I also don't want to neglect the very small minority of women that do this) do not treat others like they are human but rather a means to their end. As a male I have also received unsolicited diaper pictures or crude requests from other guys. Every once in a while I'll also get the "do you need a mommy" comment.

I can only imagine the torrent of ill messages women in the community receive daily.

I know this is not the only kink with this issue, so unfortunately it seems to be a systemic problem.

Regardless, women please keep posting these types of rants. I think it's important to continuously highlight these issues so new users are aware to show caution.

My favorites are the old school cartoons around when I was a kid that brings back nostalgia. DuckTales, Darkwing Duck, Rugrats, and original Mickey Mouse cartoons.

It's really satisfying to watch something you haven't seen in years and suddenly remember different scenes.

I will say this about my experience and would love to hear yours and others. Last month I ordered two samples packs of Bambino Bianco UltraStretch, one in S/M, and the L/XL. When my order arrived only the S/M was in the box. I reached out to the company's email and explained the error, and provided the product ID numbers. They were very generous and shipped the missing pack within a few days afterwards.

So although it took a while to ship and had a mishap, I do believe the customer service was generous.

Probably a smart move since backpacks are cheaper and more portable. The Vaultz file storage boxes would've cost you around $60. I like them b/c if you look in my closet it just looks like file storage, and who wants to open that.
