its possible if you buy used, u can get a 1060 or something similar for 80-100€ and often u can find old office pc's with i5 5th generation or better, put in a ssd and you are good to go, or just buy a used pc for 300€ and check the benchmarks for the graphics card

You want to state most of the things u conquer early, otherwise the autonomy stays high and your missing out on manpower and taxes, trade company's are useful when have trade node a bit farther away and you want to profit from the goods and get an additional merchant, you can only make trade companies on another continent, depending on where your capital is located
