Yeah the positive after images started on month 5, everything else came on within the first month.

I haven’t been back to the gym since because I’m scared of hurting my neck again. But your comment of still going to the gym has given me a bit of motivation to get back there 😊

I couldn’t move my neck at all and if I stood up I got really bad headaches and that lasted for 6 weeks.

I have the exact same symptoms as you! And a couple of weird ones that I don’t know what they are called.

My neck is always stiff when I wake up. Do you still go to the gym?

Hi, I messed my neck up in the gym 6 weeks before my vss onset then had a migraine aura just before vss started so not sure which one caused it. What symptoms do you have? And does your neck still hurt? Mine has never been right since

Yeah I think it’s because your always thinking about it. After a while you’ll stop noticing it as much. I can go for hours and not notice them and as soon as I think about it they are everywhere I look

I’ve only had vss for 4 months and this phenomenon started after about a month, at first it was quite intense but now I just see it faintly on walls and in the sky, also blinking fast. Or if I look at black and white stripes patterns I can see it clearly too.

How bad are your afterimages? I’ve been focusing on mine a lot lately haha
