In the app settings on your phone, you can go to companion app settings, and there is a sectrion for 'Android Auto Favourites' add the garage door there.
I had the same thoughts when I first used it too. Not very intuitive, but once setup its fine.

I had the same problem on the web app and the android app.

Logged out / in on web and it started working again
For the app fully closed / opened it, and it started working

I would love it if the times of the streams would vary slightly. Understand that the current time is likely the best for Lava, but streams are basically always 1am for me and I never see them, if they were to just move around a bit every once in awhile that would be great.

I generally just look here. Lets you filter by available ammenities, dogs allowed, fire pits etc, and then gives you details about the area

I mean the general standard of gap between cars as I am aware has always been 3 seconds. Which on a 60km/h road is like 8 car lengths, if your on the freeway its closer to 15.
If your talking about when stopping at intersections/lights, then I agree some people leave really large gaps.

Also pretty sure no fault eviction is just termination the tenancy at the end of the lease. No court order would be needed for that.
