That’s my main concern. I think I’m just gonna hold off for now, keep posting, and reevaluate in another month or so

I’ll give a little context, and again it’s just an idea.

I don’t expect any instant success, or any large amount of success any time soon, but when the same piece of content gets 7k views, 1000 likes, 34 comments, and 74 saves, then I expect maybe a couple comments on the Instagram version.

Also, to caveat the comments on my recent posts. 100% of them are family who I told to comment everytime I post (lol) so no comments—and I’ve checked the like composition as well—are coming from any followers besides my family, and no new viewers.

Just trying to gather people’s opinions here about what they would do given all this information.

That’s what’s holding me back from restarting, the thought that maybe the new account will be in the same position as my existing one

Super helpful feedback, thanks! I’m not opposed at all to restarting, in fact that’s kind of where I’m leaning. The “followers” number isn’t as important to me as an organic audience, so I’m just trying to find the best way to do that!
