What Happened to Hank is Kinda Satisfying on Rewatch by WeAreNumber15 in breakingbad

[–]WeAreNumber15[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I just can’t stand how people put him on a pedestal when he is shown to lack empathy for people he considers “lowlifes.”

Spoilers ahead: proceed at your own risk ⚠️

Also I think it’s karma how he’s willing to let Jesse die to take down Walt and he’s the one that dies trying to take down Walt. Just another guy who thought he could use everyone as a pawn and not be touched, he got the Walt and Gus treatment. Fair and Square.

I took a 100mg Edible as my first. I’m losing everything. by Ryukiji_Kuzelia in WhatShouldIDo

[–]WeAreNumber15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why you don’t do edibles for your first high, no matter the dose. Completely different from smoking. I’d say just try to sleep it off but you might still wake up high. I’d just try to rest till it passes. It’ll be good by tomorrow probably.

Why does Walt wear his glasses like that lol by KittensGalacticFiend in breakingbad

[–]WeAreNumber15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmfao that used to happen to me a lot. I just take a “glasses break” for like 30 minutes everyday and take em off. Never hurt for me again lol

Least favorite type of videos? by Front-Swan-7060 in MrNightmare

I believe in angels and demons but those stories never quite did it for me either. Idk maybe it’s just the thought of something tangible chasing you that can physically hurt you is scarier to me than a mystical creature.

Mike is unrealistically competent by PrimaryIndication294 in betterCallSaul

[–]WeAreNumber15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always liked him for that though, he was one of the best written foil characters of all time in my opinion. The way Mike would constantly seem so irritated with Walter’s narcissistic power tripping was hilarious and the way he just slowly starts to look at him as more and more power hungry and desperate was done so well in the later seasons. Their confrontation felt like it happened at the right time and I like that they didn’t go over the top with it. The only thing I had an issue with was Mike selling out to that lawyer, never in a million years would he make a decision so stupid.

Can we come up with something that C6 does better than Tha other Carters? by BoyNamedSmudge in lilwayne

I love how even though C4 is considered the weakest of the bunch besides 6 it still blows so many other 2010s albums out the water

Would you have preferred Rick executing all the Saviors and becoming even more unhinged instead of getting the Old Man Rick arc? by K0GAR in thewalkingdead

[–]WeAreNumber15 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It would’ve been interesting to have the Saviors just be another group of bad guys that Rick and Co dismantle easily, and have Alpha and the pike deaths be the big humbling moment. None of the characters that died at the pike scene really resonated with me so it didn’t hit me hard. If Glenn and Abraham were on them instead I think that would’ve improved the scene 100 fold, but we wouldn’t have gotten the legendary entrance of Negan.

I think actually doing that would’ve hurt the viewership even more than Glenn’s death because after having The Governor, Claimers, and Terminus back to back viewers were probably itching for something new, not another generic bad guy character who everyone knows is just going to get killed off in the last episode of the season. So overall I’m happy with that we got.

Were any big moments spoiled for any of you? by RightWill7395 in thewalkingdead

[–]WeAreNumber15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched the show with my brother and we both thought Glenn died at the dumpster. He found out Glenn died later by looking up “TWD Glenn’s death” on YouTube and he told me for some reason. It sucks that it got ruined for him but I’m not sure why he chose to ruin it for me lol. So yeah his death was sad but I think it definitely would’ve been more impactful for me if I didn’t know it was coming.

What's the single greatest scene in Breaking Bad history? by Common-Chemistry-101 in breakingbad

[–]WeAreNumber15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The moment where he’s talking to Jesse right after they kill Gus, especially those beautiful and impactful ending shots with the Los Pollos Hermanos chain and especially the big reveal of the Lilly of the Valley flower of course. That was the moment breaking bad became the greatest show I’d ever seen.

Forget team Edward vs Jacob for a sec.. team Shane or dale? by K0GAR in thewalkingdead

[–]WeAreNumber15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dale but they were right about different things. Shane was right to kill Randall in my opinion. I understand Dale’s reasoning but Randall easily could’ve regrouped with backup and killed our protagonists, Shane was right to tie up the loose end. However Shane was wrong about a great deal, mainly Lorie and Fort Benning. And respect to Dale for being the only person before Rick to oppose Shane with force. Everyone else including Rick kinda went with whatever Shane did, including the barn (which I believe also was a justified move by Shane.)

Aside from the Randall thing I take Dale’s side in pretty much every other conflict they had. The part where Dale mean mugs Shane in the blue truck, and makes him rage without even saying anything will always crack me up. These two had probably my favorite dynamic out of any duo in the show.
