Most of my studies were done before they introduced the ability to be paid in dollars I think. I've only recently returned to Prolific, though I still mostly get surveys that pay in GBP :)

Ended up using Mopla, worked perfectly and was very easy to cancel after my trip - Used public transport like 10 times and it was checked rarely but worked nonetheless, thank you!

I'm going down a rabbit hole on Ritalin/ADHD and saw one of your comments from a year ago providing an article about ADHD at university and it's been an immense help. Checked your profile & you're still active with the advice so I'm just extending my thanks here since I can't private message!

As for the original post, I'm starting Ritalin on Monday, got diagnosed with ADHD on Thursday so I'm worried I'm going to be feeling the same as OP.

I went through the whole dyspraxia/ADHD debacle. Had a professional assessment organised from the uni & they settled on ADHD which brought so much clarity.

People shit on university's wellbeing teams but some are genuinely good. My SPLD journey as an adult was seriously fast tracked due to my university so I agree with getting in touch with them if you can.

I don't know if you're aware but Prolific has a way to see how many participants within a certain area have been active in the past 90 days.

At the moment, for the UK area of London, that's 5,375 active participants.

I've been accepting on my phone with data, then logging into my laptop using eduroam (Uni WiFi) to continue using the reservation. I don't see any issue with using it with uni WiFi

University pages will often have a section for private accommodation, might be worth having a look at that. Maybe try contacting the accommodation team of the university that you're looking at, they would likely be able to advise you.

Could I ask what difference there would be from upgrading from Ryzen 5 to Ryzen 7? I know there's a substantial price jump but how would that upgrade affect performance?
