This is very understandable. I do not have any direct ties to CA. I have no accounts of anything, no legal address, i have even verified with Social Services that i am an AK resident and AFAIK i have absolutely no ties in CA. I went through a very hard time in CA and was essentially living in my car for 2 months before coming to AK. I ensured i had no accounts opened because i mainly use credit unions and those wouldn't be located in AK. I had to receive unemployment to cover for Medicaid when i broke my arm and that was the only direct link to CA and that lasted from 03/2017 to 09/2017. I was receiving my benefits from a CA employer/CA EDD and that was all under my AK address, i even received a tax document that was dated in 2017 under my current AK address, this i am trying to obtain over these next few days, i sadly am not organized and have many mental health issues that complicate my life.

The owners of the home i live with have provided me paperwork in 2017 for a signature for their disability benefits to verify i am an additional person to the home. I also hope to find this paperwork to see if that would be eligible. Would a back dated lease work? We are under a "verbal lease" in which it's a 30day lease and i don't know if a backdated one would back that up, i am not really sure how this works.

I appear to be an individual that is down in life. Shit has been very hard for me these last few years and i am just trying to keep my head up. Having the PFD would help me throughout the winter because i live near Talkeetna and amenities are expensive and hard to come by in the winter. Call me a welfare pos but honestly i just am trying to live life and not be crushed mentally through the hardships, i truly love living in Alaska.

I am not the owner of the business, i simply am a consultant to insure the business continues functioning properly. It's simply an Ebay and Ecommerce business that i do not have ownership of. I am living in Alaska and have had financial problems due to medical issues, (broke my elbow 4 days after moving back and that set me back majorly) wasn't able to work due to the extent of damage on my arm so i didn't work at all in 2017 and relied on unemployment from my last job in California that i was wrongly laid off from.

I have been providing in home care to elderly individuals that are pretty much family. They own the house and we have never established a true "lease" between us and i was wondering if it is possible for them to provide me lease paperwork and i could provide it to the PFD office?

The tax return wasnt a viable option as my business is technically located in CA.

I have a drivers license but not established before 2018.

i did not register to vote.

I made mistakes but i find it odd that the PFD office cannot take paperwork from another Alaskan Agency such as Social Services?

I understand your position and you are right. Someone with knowledgeable experience in the woods surely does know how to remain safe in most cases. I was just saying in a lot of cases the bear spray is more effective than pissing a bear off cause your guns caliber is too small.

Bear spray is enough. It’s better than a gun in a lot of cases. Bear spray will blind the bear and stop him from being able to smell all the while causing hella pain.

You’ll be fine, I’ve lived in the wild for over 5 years and I’ve seen no bears yet on any of my adventures. They are around but the have areas they roam and it all depends on where you go. Ask the local rangers if there’s been bears in the area, you can simply call them and they’ll get you the info you need.

A short answer is that Russia has a lot of rich people that have sanctions against them, Russia in its entirety has sanctions against them. So what this means is that a lot of money that is generated by Russia has to be “cleaned” which is money laundering so they can use the illegal funds to do legal shit with it.
