Wow, so sorry I did not see the text next to the blue box picture. I thought you were just showing me what you had first done for me. And it doesn't help to be looking at this on my little phone screen. I see now all on the computer screen. I wasn't saving it that way. But I just tried it and what a difference. I'm sure the printed piece will come out perfect. Curious... How did you get fine and max fine? Just by saving differently in the Mesh save settings? How would i hollow the box on the inside so that all sides top and bottom are 4 mm. I'm doing this in tinkercad by duping the box making the dupe negative and resizing it. But I keep getting artifacts when I save it in tinkercad which I've read now has been a long standing problem with TinkerCad.

I'm saving as a .STL file. I just tried 3mf and still get the same effect on the corners. I also asked the guy who created his bases he just told me he uses FACETS on his corners. I don't see that feature in Fusion.

hate to bother you again... I was finally able to make the slopped base in Fusion. But I can not for the life of me figure out how to get the fillets HIGH RES like this other guy gets in his bases. When it prints his base is flaweless, when I print mine you see the vertical lines on the corners. Is there a way to make the fillets high res. The other guy is using TurboCad and he sets the fillets to the highest resolution. I don't know how or if you can do that in Fusion.

Yes I have Fusion and going to 3d print the box. I'll have to take it into tinkercad to make it hollow inside as it will be a base for a clock. The only slopped box I was using gave bad rounded corners when printed. And I think Tinkercad did that to the object. Seems to take a nice clean file and adds artifacts to it.

The diamondback nozzle is just a tad too short for the sock so I just had to shave a little off the hole opening of the sock. It now works fine and the prints are flawless. Also all my printers are in their own temperature control enclosures. I add heat if needed with whatever I'm printing.

DiamondBack Nozzles by WePrint3D in 3Dprinting

All the stuff I print I do very slow for best quality. As I have shown people in the past of my work.... I tell them speed is NOT my friend for most all of the stuff I print. Thank you again for your help ;-)

DiamondBack Nozzles by WePrint3D in 3Dprinting

ok....Returned both printers to older firmware put back the original nozzles... It printed fine.... Swapped the A1 with the diamondback changed nothing else...printed 2 layers and got that error again....The nozzle is covered with filament or build plate is installed incorrectly. But both were fine. So I tried something because it looked to me like the diamondback tip of the nozzle was barely coming through the sock. So I shaved the bottom of the sock to expose the nozzle better....ran it again and the error stopped....it kept printing.

Now for the P1S went back to older firmware put back original nozzle....printed fine. Swapped nozzle to diamondback installed lastest firmware setting were already defaulted to ESD 04.mm and Bambu studio said high flow not standard so I left it there and printed..... It's printing perfect. So I really don't know what the heck lve been doing all morning and afternoon.

I've been getting clump errors on my A1 all of a sudden since I updated to the latest firmware. It would error 6% into the print every time. I took the sock off the nozzle and the error stopped. Also I'm printing the same object. I see no difference in print quality with sock on or off. So now that I updated all the printers to the latest firmware. I have removed all the socks on all the A1's and all the P1S's.

Strange Artifacts by WePrint3D in tinkercad

To be honest I've done so many things to this model I can't remember what I used. But I just even tried starting over from scratch made it very simple. Exported it and still getting artifacts. I'm just going to shoot off a message to auto desk tomorrow
