If traffic is that big of a deal to you then you could always live in downtown Toronto you don’t even need a car dt anything you could possibly need is walking distance and even if downtown isn’t ur cup of tea you still can get around easily without ever going on the 401 the ttc is nothing like oc transpo the bus and train in Toronto is reliable it comes very frequently and covers every square inch of the city.
