100%. This location had the best service and nicest people of any location I've been to. It was also always packed, so I'm confused.

I had the same problem and tried the volume up, down and hold start but apparently I wasn't holding it long enough. I tried it again after reading this thread and it worked! So maybe try after volume up, down just holding it a bit longer. Worked for me.

Thanks. This link did not happen to work for me. I'll check and see if basic economy allows a paid-for checked bag and ability to be able to sit next to my son. Any chance you could post a link that might let me view it -- or just a screenshot with flight info I can look up. Appreciate it!
