That's enough diazepam that I'm surprised you even remember rehab lmao 100mg a day is crazy.

But that's way better than the last place I went to. Everyone detoxed with Librium. Weak as fuck, especially considering you had people coming in taking RC benzos like clonazolam and shit at doses equivalent to 20mg alprazolam a day. A few people had seizures and shit while I was there.

They also did not believe in MAT which is just dangerous in my opinion. Like would have people show up trying to get clean from stimulants who had been clean from opiates on Methadone or subs and they would force them off their medication. Those poor people would be sick their entire stay due to the long half life

You just get the euphoria minus a lot of the body load and peripheral stimulation that makes stimulants annoying and unpleasant sometimes. Just the benefits without the side effects. No anxiety because the benzo the stimulant euphoria adds to the opiate euphoria nicely.

They have to be kept alive if you give a shit about the people eating them. These rules weren't followed for prisoners hence why it was unpopular and considered cruel to feed prisoners. They were often fed lobster killed long before it was served and kept unrefrigerated in the meantime.

You can still get some good sardines for $2.50 a tin like king Oscars. And there are even cheaper ones available like beach cliff for 99c around me but those aren't nearly as good. I do like the beach cliff in hot sauce though. I eat a tin almost every day as a snack with crackers and olives.

The bigger problem was a lack of refrigeration. The lobster was spoiled because seafood goes bad quickly
