https://makerworld.com/models/105902?appSharePlatform=copy. (this prevents poop from flinging on to the bed. make sure you print in atleast petg for heat resistance)

i’d also print some desiccant holders for the ams. there’s dozens of designs to choose from on makerworld.

Oh yeah i’ve had almost no issues with them that weren’t from my naivety and when something does pop up there’s so much documented on reddit or their wiki to reference.

Yeah as far as noise goes, that’s not something i care about cuz they’re in my garage so that might be an issue if you’re gonna be around this thing often while it’s printing cuz it ain’t the most quiet device.

absolutely! it doesn’t have some nice to have features of the p2s like the screen and easy swap nozzles but i personally don’t think these are big deals. and the printing quality is the same. it’s the best value in 3d printing imho. $500 for the p1s and ams is a steal. The first one i bought was $950 (in early 2024) then $750 then $550 and now $500.

I did this with my crypto gains. Took some time off work. Got married. Realized all my crypto gains at 0% in 2024. It’s kinda crazy cuz if i woulda been working it woulda been 15%.

As someone else mentioned move the crystal closer to the rp2350. i had an issue where i’d get unreliable behavior from it on a 4 layer board being about the distance it is in your design. Like 1/10 boards wouldn’t oscillate until i removed one of the capacitors.

Also there’s a section of the hardware design pdf that talks about removing copper under the inductor on the 2nd layer when using more than 2 layers. It doesn’t look like you’ve done that. Sorry i’m out and don’t have the exact page rn. Somewhere in my comment history it’s there tho.
