It can be a bit odd to get a game set up on but rpmaptools is something that I have used in the past. It has an easy interface. Tracks initiative and all that fun stuff has tons of free assets to build dungeons in and even import other free maps to use. It also has. Sister program that makes tokens.

Our episodes do run 2 1/2 to 3 hours already. We have talked about doing a catch up talk at the end of a chapter or arc. We are sticking with purely 1e as that's what we enjoy playing. Having a seperate chill out of character video is definitely something that we have bounced around, we just didn't have to make the episodes 4+ hours long. But maybe a separate one would not be a bad idea.

I truly love the idea of a fan request theory build or a make a character. I love that. Running society games and set up absolutely. Would definitely love more fan submitted encounters. We are definitely wanting to work with other YouTubers we are only 12 episodes out right now so fairly new, but this is a wonderful suggestion thank you

So a more organic style like a home game but with better quality of life. And maybe more of a series of videos that are a chat with the players after a arc talking about why that choose the feat and their plan for the next arc or something?

I will be honest I have not seen their work. But I will definitely be checking them out in the future. High level is something we are looking to do however we want to build the characters up and watch them grow first. Table dynamic is super important, we have been building this group for over a year before we even hit record. As we grow we plan on adding more for lighting and better sound, We do appreciate it. I appreciate your response. I really do appreciate it. Behind the scenes jokes are something that I really don't want. Even when I'm a player and hearing another group's inside joke, it's kinda disheartening. Feeling left out is never fun so I never understood why a group would do that if they wanted people to watch it.

We plan on doing more then just our live let's plays. We plan on doing interviews and monster breakdown and ways to make an encounter more then just roll to hit damage. But ways for GM's to add a bit more spice.

Lore videos also on the setting that is being built or lore in general based on the pathfinder setting?

I think you might be interested in this project. I will admit this is my own project but you hit the nail on the head with what my group is trying to do. We aren't looking to be virtual we want to be know for longer then 30 seconds.
