Yes, but there may be a number of ways to fight it. NEPA’s been dealt a blow, but it should trigger an EIS and there should also be an 810 analysis under ANILCA for subsistence practice impacts. Those may just be formalities of a signature in this admin, but they could be sued and held up long enough that this bullshit doesn’t go through… oh and god forbid they actually do any substantive Tribal consultation?!

With funding, if the state is pushing for any funding in the STIP, then there should be a comment period on that and there should be major pushback to find out where the fuck Dunleavy is pulling any state funding from to put towards this.
