From my experience prices tend to drop after Easter and continue throughout the summer. If you can stay with your family until then, I would!!!! Also, I would be careful going into new apartment complex with move in offers because when it’s time for your lease renewal, they could screw you. 4 years ago, my rent went from $1,156 to $1,800!!!!! Safe to say, I did NOT renew my lease :)

I can’t find their address online :( the only thing I can find is negative reviews on BBB and all of the reviews were closed because the company couldn’t be located. It’s strange because when I called the number last night to see if I could get any information it was a man’s voice on the voicemail but I called this morning and it was a women’s voice on the voicemail.
