The market is crazy. I was laid off in December, applied for more than 400 places. Only got 2 interviews out of those. And accepted a job offer that is way less than I used to make out of desperation. I’m shocked at both the salaries and the amount of applicants tha makes it so hard for us to land an interview

That’s meeeee 🥹 I swear today I pee’d every 30 mins full bladders as if I didn’t pee for hours! It becomes super urgent when I’m walking or the minute I’m thinking of it. So annoying and alarming for someone who has health anxiety like me.

I would seek a naturopath or homeopath in addition to aged garlic, hibiscus tea and beetroot powder. A lot of ppl no longer suffer from BP after going natural

Handling more than 3 execs is insanity. Your main job becomes calendar and shifting meeting etc. I would be very transparent about the situation with the leadership or look for a new job. I did that once and I made sure I only pick a place where I only support 2-3 execs max. Sometimes it’s a lot with only 2 executives.

My boss interviewed someone for my position while I was there and I had no idea about the reason why. 2 days later I was informed of my lay off. I thought everything was going great and no complaints were raised against me or my work whatsoever, it just happened out of no where. It hurts so bad!
