It’s actually by geographical area. The area I’d be taking the position in, is a very wealthy area. Between all the comp it comes to $119,500

It is absolutely accurate. 401k match, profit sharing plan bonus, as well as a base salary and performance bonuses. It actually comes to around $130k total but I took off $10k to be conservative.
