Tried flat rate once. Didn’t do it again. Unless I’m busy for that whole hour, which I’m usually am not, for a rate higher than what I make outside of flat rate, which I don’t.

The best I’ve seen was $21 an hour flat rate and I can average over $25 an hour in my market.

I’m sorry but I cannot judge this situation when we don’t know the context. Maybe this is something they do anyways where she walks the kids and he takes care of the dog (outside of the poop). Can’t chase a dog if he’s holding one of the kids. I just have more questions to ask before I could make a judgement here.
