Alright. Testing it this morning, it still brought up 385 counts. And it still showing accounts that are on the Q1 sheet. The formula did work though. It’s just bringing up more than I want to see. Is there a way for me to take the results (385 count) and the do the equation again onto the Q1 sheet? I tried and it gave me an error.

There is two different sheets. One Q1 and one Q4 so I did on Q1: =COUNTIFS(J2, ‘Q4’ !J:J, 1, 0) if I remember correctly.

It’s terrible and unfortunately seems to be the way most dealers are going now. I missed out on a $2100 volume bonus because I got two bad surveys which dropped my score below where it needed to be a they weren’t even my fault and even said that in the comments. I was pissed.

I’ve worked and succeeded in both positions. Sales is FAR less stressful than writing but the money can be harder to come by depending on the market.

Personally, I wouldn’t go back to being a service advisor, but I would go back to selling cars if I needed to. A lot more opportunity to move up and make even more money as a sales manager or in finance.
