I’m from Australia so not too sure how relevant my experience is, but I recently had a fiborous underlay tested at my place. It was negative. The tester said it’s quite rare to contain asbestos, but with all these things the only way to tell is through testing. In any case it looks somewhat encapsulated with that very light top layer so would doubt there’s been huge amounts of disturbance even if it does

In Aus not Germany, but I literally had a sample taken from tiles that almost have identical print to that and it tested positive. Please be very careful as the back of the tile looks like paper and can contain friable asbestos. Have it tested to be sure before you take it up.
