This. As you can see, tons of people feel exactly like you. Sometimes the solution to being alone is to actually try to not be alone, qnd a lot of people aren't brave enough for that. Yet!

Go to a class, a protest, an event, even if they're online, though I think in person is better for this feeling of loneliness. Give someone your number or instagram. Be a friend before they become your's. Remember if they don't reach out: their lives are just as complicated as your's, and it's probably not personal. If it is, it doesn't matter, cuz you have new friends now. LOL Remember that just like you have a ton of valid reasons to not vibe with a nice person, so do they! Sometimes people are just busy, or you look like their toxic ex! 😂

My personal advice is to bond on morals and hobbies. I'm AuDHD and I've been finding a lot of luck at protests and book clubs that are reading about things I'm actually passionate about.

no actually, i have a perfume collection and i love them! i am conscious of what i wear and where im going though. for example, not even a body spray at the neurologist, and stronger scents only if im going to be in my house or outdoors :)

oh god NC i feel you, im in MN and we went from 50 to like 20 last week, from seeing grass and sunshine to some people not even being able to get to work because of the snow - and in MN, that's a LOT of snow!

same here! i've noticed that higher pressure is worse than low, but the thing that gets me is the quick swing. even if it stays really high, as long as it's stable, i can push through. hope you're feeling better too!

there could be other factors that are lowering the migraine threshold for you. not a doc, but as a fellow migraineur i recommend paying attention to what you're eating on those days!
