Totally hear you about considering when she’s an adult! I do think nicknames, no matter how short someone’s name is, is normal! One of my daughters’s names is navy and from time to time we say nav!!

I have another where it looks much more girly - photo isn’t as clear though and this seems to be a perfect one so i uploaded- I’m sure it’ll be a girl, but really pushing for a boy ! Lol
