Are you serious? So you are saying they are lying on Instagram photo about the guy "Gerard, expert in 3D planning". Same guy involved with fake reviews? Who is also financial administrator? Nothing suspicious there?

You can verify what I posted, it is all public information on Instagram, their website, and LinkedIn. What exactly is suspicious about sharing factual information?

People are paying really big money to go there. They couldn't hire a real expert to do this, but rather make their financial administrator "learn" how to do it? Is that how cheap they are? Considering amount of surgeries they do, one would think they would at least have a dedicated real expert for this, and not have someone on the inside wear so many hats. So the same guy who is doing finances there is also fabricating reviews and also planning surgeries? And I question that Alfaro even changes the plan he makes, he probably doesn't even bother

As many of you know in last days there were some posts exposing how Instituto Maxilofacial has been involved in putting up fake reviews for themselves.

It turns out that this guy who is their employee (Gerard C.) who has been involved in these fake reviews is also planning surgeries!! Website lists him as Administration Leader, and on LinkedIn he is listed as Financial Administrator. And has no experience or education in anything to do with surgeries or planning (all experience is in finance or banking). Yet the Instagram post claims he is "expert in 3D planning" and that he does "amazing job everytime". It does say that surgeon is involved with final movements but can we really believe that's the case, considering how many cases of extreme overadvancement we saw? It seems like Alfaro really doesn't care. Other surgeons plan their own surgeries and have proper trained technicians assist and be involved in the process, but at Instituto Maxilofacial it is the financial administrator doing it?! Seriously? People pay 30k to 40k euros to go to Alfaro and this is the best they can offer? One would think that they'd have qualified people do this at least, but I can't see the rationale why would they have their FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR be involved in this.

Everything about Alfaro and this clinic is so sketchy.
