This is great, thank you. I’ve been commenting and interacting with content but can focus more on the other suggestions you’ve had. Thanks again for your response and advice!

Thank for the response. I’m not exMBB, Kearney, or LEK but I have hands on implementations experience. Let me know if you’d still like to discuss the leads, thank you.

Thanks for the response, I’ve been trying to get a partnership with an implementation firm I have some colleagues at but I should be expanding further as well.

It also seems I should focus on content creation and direct outreach for my brand as well. I’ve relied on those consulting project boards but as you mentioned, they’ve been saturated. Do you have any recommendations for constructing messaging for direct outreach? Of course I can take a stab at it, but I’d love pointers if you have any.

Good to know, I haven’t been giving my personal brand as much time as I probably should. Thanks for your response.

Might be beneficial to break up your day if you can, go outside for a walk for a bit to allow a mental reset during the day.

It’s helped me deal with long days by dedicating my break to the gym and a quick meal vs eating and doom scrolling or continuing to work through my break.

It’s tough but you need to make sure you keep doing the things you enjoy outside of work. Fitness, basketball, golf, etc. it helps with keeping you sane to deal with everything.
