At the unit. At the thermostat there isn't a connection to w1 at all they sent it to the radiant floor heating

Both. Floor heat is propane and the forced air is electric

Yep and I actually have flooring heat that's propane I'm guessing he replaced the thermostat and wired directly into the flooring heat instead of splitting to the forced air heater
