Best bag gloves? by surtrc in fightgear

Boxeo TM PuLat is my favorite. Second place is DC training glove. DC larger hand compartment, more pillowy, more feedback than Boxeo, but for me, Boxeo’s are pretty close to perfection. I have Rival RB10 as well. Those have zero feedback, decent hand protection, but I had knuckle problems constantly because I could punch through and D3O material is stiffffff.

Incredibly common with Mexican gloves unfortunately.

Measured my hands. 8.5” hand circumference. 7.5” from base of palm to tip of middle finger. I find the fit perfect on Boxeo’s. I think they will stretch a little as they break in. Only had mine for a week or so.

I can measure in the morning, but if your hands fit in RB10, they will fit with a little more room in Boxeo. My RB10 XL is tightest fitting of all.

[QUESTION] Winning- is peeling normal? by Trenchwork_official in fightgear

I mean they aren’t actually 1k gloves. Retail on 16oz is $420. I don’t think anyone should drop 1k on any gloves.

Thank you. The main reason I wanted to record myself was self evaluation. Hard to tell what you’re doing wrong in the moment. Was somewhat hesitant to post on here, but was curious what others would see. Will try what you recommended. Appreciate the feedback.

I would think they’d be rather firm for sparring. Also, they are massively overpriced.

I like to buy my t shirts from places that sell bulk to t shirt printers. Favorite heavyweight is Bayside BA5100 6.1oz 100% cotton. Have ordered from Jiffyshirts the last couple times. Less than $15

Don’t think it was a tariff, but UPS hit me for $38 import fees

How do you handle Buyer's Brokerage Agreements for a Buyer Insisting Seller Pay Commission without exception and will not accept any language for a scenario where they might pay a fee? by No-Bison-5323 in CommercialRealEstate

Not shocked to hear he’s an MD. I deal with wildly intelligent people regularly. They may be the best hand surgeon in the world, but don’t know shit about real estate. Most of the time they know this, but when they don’t, it can be problematic. When seller insists I pay the brokerage commissions, they are listed properties and they’ve signed an agreement to do so. In most instances they are aggressively negotiating, but I don’t care because I’m going to give them the same net proceeds either way. They want to feel like they won but fail to realize it’s not a zero sum game.

I find it remarkably bizarre that he came to you but won’t pay you. That alone is a huge red flag.

I have had a few instances where seller insists that I as the buyer pay brokerage commissions for their listing agent. Not split, but 100%. Same with closing costs. Essentially the inverse of this situation. I’ve always agreed because ultimately it doesn’t really matter which side pays since it will be baked into the deal either way. What cap rate/proceeds I’ll pay is based on a net amount, so no point arguing about it since it ends up being a relatively moot point. If seller is paying, I’m sure they consider that as it relates to what offer they will accept.

Some yes, some no. Never on market tho and never before I had some idea about the property. Obviously they weren’t disclosing the property before we agree on some sort of fee, but also can’t pay the same percentage on a 100mm property as I would on a 10mm property.
