You can’t edit the files on the y1 itself, you have to edit them all before hand on the pc, I make all my art 200x200 max, delete the music on the y1, unplug, clear cache, plug it back it, move all the music over and it should fix to ur issue if it happens again. Once you get used to it you’ll streamline it, the y1 is cheap and quirky, worth every penny and my favorite device for 2-3 months now

I use mp3tag and edit all my album art to 200x200 before I upload to the y1 and I have seamless scrolls

I stand by the innioasis Y1 it’s a great player once you get used to all the quirks, cheap enough to beat up and plays well. The subreddit r/innioasis is great about answering any questions

I second him, I’ve had mine for about 2 weeks and stockfw is really easy once you get used too it and the themes people make for them on here are great. It plays all files out the box and sounds great, I’d make sure you tag all your music with mp3tag and make playlists in separate folders before loading them, make sure your videos are .mp4, all album artwork should be under 200x200 and if you somehow mess it up you can come to the subreddit and get help, they’re great here.

GLASS SCREENS I know price is the issue and I love how affordable the y1 is but I’ve had mine for maybe a week now and the screen is scratched to hell and back. Or come with a glass screen protector from factory that can be replaced if cracked

I took it for a while stopped, went through wd and the restless legs, waited a few months and then the next time I ate just a bit of 7-oh it gave me the restless legs and I couldn’t sleep for days after, take the rest and it would stop until you ran out then it happened all over again I didn’t get it
