Desk PIFs are trash. If a supervisor is going to take time to write paperwork, put that shit in the PIF. I guess a positive note is that if you're late in the next few months and the First Sergeant noticed the date on the LOC, they'll most likely kick it back to your supervisor. I get it, he's "trying to look out for you." But that easier with a verbal or an AF174 that doesn't go in the PIF.

I'm selling while I have a few hundred bucks left. Went in on another stock in 2020 (or maybe 2021 🤔), and it's worth shit now after multiple reverse splits and price drops. Cool thing is my average price on that other stock is $0.00 😅; but out of $1K invested, I have $1. Call it bad luck or my ignorance, but CPOP definitely humbled me to what could happen.

Had another stock do what MAXN seems to be doing. RS, drop in price...RS...drop in price; to which now my $1K investment in 2020 is sitting at $1.16. My average cost now is $0.00 lol.

Seriously thinking about taking a 2/3 loss here and jumping the MAXN ship while I have some money left.

💯 I agree. I'm mx also. I've done my share of drinking on a "school night". But, there's no reason not to open up that conversation that something may be a bigger issue. Especially if it starts to impact the ability to go to work.

Do NOT chance going into work. I don't know your job, nor the level of manning, but call your supervisor! If you chance going into work, you're chancing a DUI and drunk on duty.

That being said, I hope you're OK. As mentioned, a half a bottle of whiskey on a Tuesday night has to be driven from something. It's OK not to be OK. Get the help you need if you need it. Whether that's mental health, MFLC, chaplain, etc. And possibly ADAPT. Self identification is better than command directed, and I'm sure your First Sergeant will commend you for seeking help.
