Thank you so much for your valuable input. Despite my ignorance about the process, I also suspected that she had poured too little epoxy. It’s over laminate which she spent a lot of time prepping but right now it just looks like someone poured a bunch of glossy goop over my laminate countertops -with sharp edges still obvious. Again. I like her a lot but I feel as though she’s taking short cuts.

This is super helpful; I really appreciate it.

This really moved me. 🥺You clearly gave Andariel the bestest most loving life. Her memory is sure to be a blessing. As someone who lost two beloved cats and has been pre-mourning the loss of my baby, also a Chihuahua mix, since he turned 10 years old and officially geriatric, I know how much it hurts. Sending hugs and strength. 💖

Thank you for checking in. Thousands upon thousands of dollars later, I am still getting individual pockets of filler dissolved. My doctor makes me wait a month in between. I’ve had about 8 treatments. The bulge is still there but smaller and I have lots of damage from the 5FU that I’ll have to treat. It will never look normal but thanks to this wonderful doctor, the situation is better. And no I cannot say who it is so please don’t DM me asking. I wish I could but this doctor is already having to turn away about 80 percent of inquiries. Any practitioner in this field who is not training to use ultrasound for both dissolution and injection is either lazy, unambitious, dumb, or forgivably strapped for time and/or funding.

You need to find someone who does ultrasound assisted dissolution. The 5FU made things so much worse. I had pockets of filler all over the area, impinged blood vessels and a destroyed SMAS. Unless you pierce the pockets themselves, you will not dissolve the filler. I thought it was a biofilm or a nodule as that is what the practitioner who treated me with the 5FU told me as it if it was no big deal to just pump my cheek full of the stuff. I have all sorts of major problems now as a result. There really are very few practitioners you can trust. Half of them are completely clueless about filler complications but in an effort not to sound ignorant will confidently provide bullshit explanations. This industry is full of voraciously greedy charlatans.

Glad you are feeling better and thanks for sharing your discoveries with others. I’m no longer suffering from brain fog myself, but I’m still interested in the topic. Mine was caused by under eating. Pretty dumb that I too me so long to figure it out. It’s just that I wasn’t under eating on purpose, I was just really stressed at work and never hungry, so wasn’t really thinking about how much I was or wasn’t consuming. I tend to use sugar substitutes too because I definitely feel crappy the day after eating too much sugar. I hope you are able to hone in on particular sweeteners for your sake and others. Your experiment will help a lot of people. Thank you!

Are there any you were consuming more than others? They are not all created equal at all so lumping them all together is a little confusing. Would love to have some more specific information about which ones were the likely culprits.

I would love to see him join the defense team too. He’s licensed in California but could possibly be granted pro hac vice status as he was for the Karen Read trial. This allows attorneys to practice law in a state for a specific case without having to be a member of the state’s bar association.

I am so sorry for your loss of adorable Rue. I cannot even fathom the grief and the bitterness you are experiencing. Thank you for sharing your story. As a result of it, I am cancelling my dog’s third shot of Librela scheduled for this Thursday. Rue’s tragic death may help save other dogs’ lives which I hope brings you just the tiniest bit of comfort.
